Prácticas pedagógicas de docentes de educación inicial de la región Cajamarca, según la ENDO remota 2020

Abstract

El presente informe de tesis tiene como objetivo general analizar las prácticas pedagógicas de docentes de Educación Inicial de la región Cajamarca, según ENDO Remota 2020. En cuanto a la metodología, se desarrolló una investigación básica, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño descriptivo simple. Se tuvo como población a 994 docentes de la región Cajamarca y como muestra a 219 docentes de Educación Inicial de la región de Cajamarca, participantes de la ENDO Remota 2020. La técnica que se aplicó fue el análisis de datos y como instrumento no se empleó ninguno, debido a que se recopilaron los resultados de las preguntas seleccionadas del cuestionario realizado por el Ministerio de Educación en la ENDO Remota 2020. Esta información se organizó en tablas y figuras dando a conocer los porcentajes y frecuencias utilizando el SPSS versión 26. Luego, se procedió a analizar los datos encontrados de acuerdo a los objetivos específicos. Se obtuvo como resultado que cerca de la mitad de los docentes encuestados no han presentado dificultades, ya que les ha sido fácil desarrollar sus prácticas pedagógicas durante la pandemia, mientras que cerca de la otra mitad sí les ha sido difícil, lo cual evidencia porcentajes significativos en ambos casos.

The general objective of this thesis report is to analyze the pedagogical practices of Initial Education teachers in the Cajamarca region, according to ENDO Remota 2020. Regarding the methodology, a basic investigation was developed, with a quantitative approach and a simple descriptive design. The population was 994 teachers from the Cajamarca region and 219 Initial Education teachers from the Cajamarca region, participants of the ENDO Remota 2020, as a sample. The technique that was applied was data analysis and none was used as an instrument, because the results of the selected questions of the questionnaire carried out by the Ministry of Education in the ENDO Remote 2020 were collected. This information was organized in tables and figures, revealing the percentages and frequencies using SPSS version 26. Then, it was proceeded to analyze the data found according to the specific objectives. It was obtained as a result that about half of the teachers surveyed have not presented difficulties, since it has been easy for them to develop their pedagogical practices during the pandemic, while about the other half have found it difficult, which shows significant percentages. in both cases.
