Factores relacionados a la autopercepción del cuidado brindado por el profesional de enfermería del Hospital Vitarte, Lima-2019

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores que se relacionan con la autopercepción del cuidado brindado por el profesional de enfermería del Hospital de Vitarte, Lima-2019. El estudio fue transversal analítico, con una muestra de 117 profesionales de enfermería que estuvieron laborando en el periodo Mayo-Julio del 2019 y con una antigüedad mayor a 6 meses. Para la recolección de información se utilizó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario “Percepción del Cuidado de Enfermería Con el Cuidado Otorgado (PCECO)”. Los resultados revelaron que, el 73,5% de los encuestados tuvieron una autopercepción adecuada del cuidado brindado y el 26,5% inadecuado. Asimismo, mediante el análisis de regresión logística binaria se encontró que el estado civil (OR=2,87-IC 95%: 1,03-7,94) y el área de trabajo (OR=4,37-IC 95%: 1,30-14,62) se asocian a la autopercepción con el cuidado brindado.

The research aimed to determine the factors that are related to the self-perception of the care provided by the nursing professional of the Hospital de Vitarte, Lima-2019. The study was analytical cross-sectional with 117 nursing professionals who were working in the May-July period of 2019 and with an age of more than 6 months. For the collection of information, the survey will be used as a technique and as an instrument the questionnaire "Perception of Nursing Care With the Grant of Care (PCECO)". The results revealed that 73.5% of respondents had adequate self-perception of the care provided and 26.5% affected. Likewise, by means of the binary logistic regression analysis it was found that the marital status (OR=2,87-IC 95%: 1,03-7,94) and the work area (OR=4,37-IC 95%: 1,30-14,62) are associated with the self-perception with the care provided.
