Conocimientos sobre manejo y cuidados de enfermería al paciente en ventilación mecánica en un servicio de emergencia hospital de EsSalud

Abstract

La ventilación artificial es el procedimiento de apoyo vital biomédico de cuidado oportuno que brinda soporte respiratorio artificial cuando la persona presenta dificultad respiratoria. La tecnología aplicada en la gestión del cuidado otorga una buena atención de calidad al usuario, permitiendo asegurar prestaciones humanizadas en los diferentes servicios de las unidades críticas, utilizando en forma eficiente los recursos tecnológicos donde el enfermero especialista participa en todos los procesos del cuidado. Esta investigación posee como finalidad establecer la cognición sobre manejo y atenciones de enfermería al enfermo en ventilación artificial en un servicio de áreas críticas y/o Urgencias de un centro asistencial nacional. Se trata de una investigación cuantitativa, de diseño no experimental, descriptivo-correlacional de corte transversal. Para la obtención de los antecedentes estadísticos, se utilizará un instrumento que será validado por jueces de expertos, posteriormente se aplicará el instrumento a la población profesional en estudio que cumplan con los criterios de inclusión cuya calificación será dada según la técnica de Staninos, siendo para la variable conocimientos los puntos de medida bueno, regular y malo, a su vez para la variable prácticas adecuado e inadecuado. Los antecedentes serán registrados al libro de datos, creada por el sistema de estadístico Microsoft Excel donde será analizado posteriormente por el sistema estadístico Stata versión 16.0. Los resultados se presentarán en tablas, cuadros y gráficos estadísticos.

Artificial ventilation is the timely care biomedical life support procedure that provides artificial respiratory support when the person is in respiratory distress. The technology applied in care management provides good quality care to the user, allowing to ensure humanized services in the different services of critical units, efficiently using technological resources where the specialist nurse participates in all care processes. The purpose of this research is to establish cognition about management and nursing care for patients on artificial ventilation in a service of critical areas and/or Emergencies of a national care center. This is a quantitative research, with a non-experimental, descriptive-correlational, cross-sectional design. To obtain the statistical background, an instrument will be used that will be validated by expert judges, later the instrument will be applied to the professional population under study that meet the inclusion criteria whose qualification will be given according to the Staninos technique, being for the knowledge variable the good, regular and bad measurement points, in turn for the adequate and inadequate practices variable. The data will be recorded in the data book, created by the Microsoft Excel statistical system, where it will be later analyzed by the Stata version 16.0 statistical system. The results will be presented in tables, charts and statistical graphs.
