Conocimiento sobre el plan de contingencia COVID-19 en el personal de salud de un hospital del MINSA, Lima 2021

Abstract

Esta pandemia causada por el virus Sars-Cov-2 ha ocasionado un gran colapso en el sector salud a nivel mundial, ocasionando que las áreas de los nosocomios se han vuelto de riesgo, por ende; y en vista de las necesidades es que se debe elaborar medidas extremas los cuales tienen como finalidad como primera instancia evitar la propagación del virus. Por ello el Hospital Santa Rosa emprendió acciones para minimizar el impacto de esta emergencia; elaborando el Plan de Contingencia, para ello es relevante que el personal de salud tenga conocimiento de este documento que permita un buen manejo de los procedimientos. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre el plan de contingencia COVID-19 en el personal de salud de un hospital del MINSA, Lima 2020. Material y Métodos: Descriptivo, transversal, cuantitativo. La población estará conformada por el total 151 profesionales de la salud que laboran en los servicios COVID de un hospital del MINSA. Se usará un cuestionario estructurado con 20 preguntas cerradas, dividido en 4 dimensiones (determinación del escenario de riesgo, organización frente a la emergencia, procedimientos específicos y actividades articuladas a los procesos). Los datos obtenidos serán codificados y llevados al software estadístico SPSS v. 25, los resultados serán presentado en tablas y tablas gráficos.

Objective: To determine the level of knowledge about the COVID-19 contingency plan in the health personnel of a MINSA hospital, Lima 2020. Material and Methods: Descriptive, transversal, quantitative. The population will be made up of a total of 151 health professionals who work in the COVID services of a MINSA hospital. A structured questionnaire with 20 closed questions will be used, divided into 4 dimensions (determination of the risk scenario, organization in the face of the emergency, specific procedures and activities linked to the processes). The data obtained will be coded and taken to the statistical software SPSS v. 25, the results will be presented in tables and graphical tables.
