Intervención educativa de enfermería en los cuidadores primarios de pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica con terapia de hemodiálisis

Abstract

Introducción: En la actualidad se tiene conocimiento que como profesional en enfermería somos los responsables prioritarios en el cuidado del paciente, conjuntamente con el cuidador directo o primario que en este caso es la madre, conyugue o tutor, en caso sea un niño entonces, se debe ser capaz de ofrecer al paciente y a su cuidador intervenciones educativas que le permitan hacer efectiva el cumplimiento del tratamiento y participación de manera activa. Cabe recalcar que, en nuestra labor diaria, a menudo se evidencia la reincidencia o el reingreso de hospitalización por las mismas causas y el agotamiento por parte del cuidador primario, que influye evidentemente en la mejoría o complicación en el paciente. Es por ello de suma importancia el trabajo conjunto entre el cuidador directo en el paciente y las diversas intervenciones educativas en enfermería respecto al cuidado del paciente renal crónico. Objetivo: Analizar los estudios de producción bibliográfica que existen sobre las intervenciones educativas de enfermería en los cuidadores primarios de pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica. Metodología: Es un estudio monográfico, tipo descriptivo, retrospectivo gracias a la búsqueda y análisis en las diferentes bases de datos como Scielo, Lilacs, Elsevier repositorio Upch. Repositorio San Marcos, en el que fueron seleccionados aquellos artículos que nos ayudaría a nuestro tema de investigación. Resultados: De 20 artículos científicos, concernientes con el tema, encontrados entre 2011 - 2021.Conclusión: De acuerdo a los estudios científicos obtenidos nos muestran que existen Intervenciones educativas de enfermería, que educan a los cuidadores primaros y evitan complicaciones tanto para el paciente como para el cuidador.

Objective: To analyze the bibliographic production studies that exist on nursing educational interventions in primary caregivers of patients with chronic kidney disease. Methodology: It is a monographic, descriptive, retrospective study thanks to the search and analysis in different databases such as Scielo, Lilacs, Elsevier Upch repository. San Marcos Repository, in which those articles that would help us with our research topic were selected. Results: Of 20 scientific articles, concerning the subject, found between 2011 - 2021.Conclusion: According to the scientific studies obtained, they show us that there are nursing educational interventions that educate primary caregivers and avoid complications for both the patient and the patient. for the caregiver.
