Adicción a sustancias psicoactivas y trabajo sexual de una mujer, estudio de caso

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio de diseño de estudio de caso , cuyo objetivo fue lograr la conciencia de la conducta de dependencia al consumo de cocaína en una usuaria mujer de 39 años, a través un programa de intervención breve en el que la paciente tiene que identificar estímulos antecedentes y consecuentes del consumo de la sustancia psicoactiva, se fortalece su motivación al cambio, se le entrena en habilidades cognitivas y conductuales para finalmente entrenar en estrategias de prevención de recaídas. Se encontró que la usuaria de sexo femenino, de 39 años, presenta Patrones Clínicos de Personalidad Dependiente y Síndrome Clínico de dependencia de drogas, concordante con su consumo de bebidas alcohólicas y pasta básica de cocaína; a nivel familiar la evaluada no precisa relaciones cercanas con los padres, ni hermanos; presenta duelo por muerte de esposo en contexto COVID 19 y menores hijos a cargo de personas cercanas a su entorno laboral; se dedica al trabajo sexual y durante la intervención se encuentra en el tercer trimestre de gestación. A nivel socio emocional presenta conductas de tristeza y soledad. Debido a su perfil la usuaria requirió de abordaje en intervención breve a fin de generar conciencia de enfermedad, se emplea técnicas cuyo impacto fue fin de investigación científica, y cuya planificación formó parte de principios fundamentales del aprendizaje y comportamiento humano, dicho abordaje se direccionó al área problemática precisado en su perfil. En los resultados obtenidos no se evidenció la generación de conciencia de enfermedad frente al consumo de sustancias psicoactivas, se evidenció un abandono temprano del tratamiento y una recaída, atribuible a la fragilidad de la red de apoyo social. Por lo tanto, se sugiere implementar un plan de intervención que contemple aspectos conductuales, cognitivos y sociales, con énfasis en el fortalecimiento de la red de apoyo de la usuaria diagnosticada con trastorno por dependencia a sustancias psicoactivas.

It was found that the female patient, 39 years old, presented Clinical Patterns of Avoidant Personality and Clinical Drug Dependence Syndrome, consistent with her consumption of alcohol and basic cocaine paste; at the family level, the person evaluated did not need close ties with her parents or siblings; She is grieving for the death of her husband in the context of COVID 19 and minor children in the care of people close to her work environment; She is dedicated to sex work and during the intervention she is in the third trimester of pregnancy. At a socio-emotional level, he presented sadness and loneliness. Due to her profile, the patient required a brief intervention approach in order to generate awareness of the disease. Techniques were used whose impact was the subject of scientific research, and whose planning was part of elementary principles of learning and human behavior. The results did not show evidence of disease awareness related to substance use. There was evidence of early treatment abandonment and relapse, attributable to the weakness of the social support network. Therefore, it is suggested to implement an intervention plan that addresses behavioral, cognitive, and social aspects, with an emphasis on strengthening the support network of users diagnosed with substance use disorder.
