Cambios en el autocuidado del paciente que participa en el programa de falla cardiaca del Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular “Carlos Alberto Peschiera Carrillo” INCOR 2022

Abstract

Objetivos: Determinar los cambios en el autocuidado del paciente a en el programa de Falla Cardiaca del Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular - INCOR. Material y método: El trabajo de investigación es de tipo descriptivo, prospectivo, de corte transversal. La población estará conformada por pacientes que participan en el programa de Falla Cardiaca. El estudio será presentado al Comité de Ética de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia para su aprobación, posterior a su aprobación será presentado al Comité de Ética del Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular – INCOR; Mediante el uso del consentimiento informado se realizará la aplicación de encuestas a los pacientes que participan en el programa de Falla Cardiaca. Los datos serán recolectados a través del cuestionario de evaluación aplicando el SCHFI para medir el nivel de autocuidado que tienen los pacientes del programa de Falla Cardiaca.

Objectives: To determine the changes in the self-care of the patient in the Heart Failure program of the National Cardiovascular Institute - INCOR. Material and method: This work is descriptive, prospective, cross-sectional. The population will be made up of patients who participate in the Heart Failure program. The study will be presented to the Ethics Committee of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia for approval, after its approval it will be presented to the Ethics Committee of the National Cardiovascular Institute - INCOR; Through the use of informed consent, surveys will be applied to patients participating in the Heart Failure program. The data will be collected through the evaluation questionnaire applying the SCHFI to measure the level of self-care that the patients of the Heart Failure program have.
