Funcionalidad familiar en mujeres diagnosticadas en ingesta de alcohol en un establecimiento de salud Ayacucho 2019

Abstract

Esta investigación tuvo por objetivo describir los tipos de funcionamiento familiar en mujeres diagnosticadas con ingesta de alcohol en un centro de salud Ayacucho, 2019. Para la metodología empleada fue un enfoque cuantitativo no experimental y descriptivo, de tipo transversal, la población y muestra estuvo conformada por 18 mujeres diagnosticadas con ingesta de alcohol. El método estadístico es la estadística descriptiva, mediante tablas de frecuencia, gráficos de barras y tablas cruzadas se realizó el análisis y la interpretación de los resultados obtenidos. Los datos se obtendrán mediante el test de FACES III de Olson y el cuestionario del Audit. En cuanto a sus resultados se observa que el 61,1% de las usuarias diagnosticadas con ingesta de alcohol presentan funcionamiento familiar de nivel medio, el 61,1% presentan un tipo de cohesión familiar desligada y el 38,9% presentan un tipo de adaptabilidad familiar estructurada. El 33,3% de 10 a 20 años presentan un tipo de cohesión familiar desligada, dos porcentajes de 16,7% de 10 a 20 años presentan un tipo de adaptabilidad familiar estructurada y flexible, el 38,9% de las usuarias solteras y presentan un tipo de cohesión familiar desligada, el 27,8% son solteras y presentan un tipo de adaptabilidad familiar estructurada y flexible. Se recomienda a las autoridades del MINSA implementar programas y estrategias en salud mental de diálogo en grupos de ayuda mutua intergeneracional que facilite permita mejorar la funcionalidad familiar y disminuir, a través de tratamientos frecuentes, el ingesta de alcohol.

This research aimed to describe the types of family functioning in women diagnosed with alcohol consumption in a health center Ayacucho, 2019. For the methodology used, it was a non-experimental and descriptive quantitative approach, of a transversal type, the population and sample was formed by 18 women diagnosed with alcohol consumption. The statistical method is the descriptive statistics, by means of frequentation tables, bar graphs and cross tables, the analysis and interpretation of the results obtained were performed. The data will be obtained through the Olson FACES III test and the Audit questionnaire. Regarding its results, it is observed that 61.1% of the users diagnosed with alcohol consumption have a medium level family functioning, 61.1% have a type of detached family cohesion and 38.9% have a type of adaptability structured family. 33.3% from 10 to 20 years have a type of detached family cohesion, two percentages of 16.7% from 10 to 20 years have a type of structured and flexible family adaptability, 38.9% of users are single marital status and have a type of detached family cohesion, 27.8% are single and have a structured and flexible type of family adaptability. The MINSA authorities are recommended to implement programs and strategies in mental health for dialogue mutual assistance groups that strategically facilitate improving family functionality and reducing alcohol consumption through frequent treatments.
