Tendencias de la investigación sobre la percepción del paciente en el cuidado enfermero en el preoperatorio

Abstract

El desempeño del enfermero en brindar atención humanizada con elaboración de planes de diagnóstico e intervenciones educativas en el preoperatorio de enfermería para solucionar problemas de acuerdo las necesidades biológicas y psicológicas del paciente siempre garantizando el apoyo a través de diálogos, conversaciones y el saber escuchar antes de una cirugía Objetivo: Describir las tendencias de investigación sobre la percepción del paciente en el cuidado enfermero en el preoperatorio. Metodología: Estudio monográfico tipo descriptivo, realizado mediante revisión de artículos sobre la percepción del paciente en el cuidado enfermero en preoperatorio. Se encontraron un total de 35 artículos, de los cuales se designaron un total de 20 artículos de investigación a través de diferentes búsquedas de datos electrónicas consultadas fueron: SCIELO el 5%, REDALYC el 40%, PUBMED el 25%, LILACS el 15%. Empleando operadores boléanos de “AND Y OR”, con palabras clave de (DeCS, Bireme) el 30%. Conclusión: la percepción del paciente durante la preparación preoperatorio contribuye en el proceso de recuperación, prestando una asistencia humanizado e integral y de esa manera contribuir a mejorar la calidad de atención al paciente quirúrgico realizando a través de comunicación fluida con lenguaje accesible, para disminuir la ansiedad, angustia del paciente durante el proceso quirúrgico, garantizar la seguridad y promover la pronta recuperación postoperatorio.

Methodology: Descriptive type monographic study, carried out by reviewing articles on the perception of the patient in preoperative nursing care. A total of 35 articles were found, of which a total of 20 research articles were designated through different electronic data searches consulted were: SCIELO 5%, REDALYC 40%, PUBMED 25%, LILACS 15%. Using Boléan operators of "AND AND OR", with keywords of (DeCS) 30%. Conclusion: the perception of the patient during the preoperative preparation contributes to the recovery process, providing a humanized and comprehensive assistance and thus contribute to improving the quality of care for the surgical patient through fluid communication with accessible language, to reduce the anxiety, anguish of the patient during the surgical process, ensure safety and promote prompt postoperative recovery.
