La atención de los enfermeros (as) y la disminución de ansiedad del usuario requieren cuidados especializados debido a que son aspectos necesarios para asegurar respuestas positivas durante las intervenciones y reducir la ansiedad. Objetivo: “determinar la relación entre el cuidado de enfermería y la disminución de la ansiedad del paciente quirúrgico”. La metodología será cuantitativa, descriptiva y transversal, sin manipular variables, para estudiar a 207 pacientes, por medio de la técnica de la encuesta y aplicando como instrumento el cuestionario. EL primero es sobre “cuidado de enfermería” adaptado por Muro y validado por tres jueces expertos, y en cuanto a la segunda variable “ansiedad” se empleará el test de IDARE adaptado por Quijano. Lo cual fue validado por siete jueces expertos; además serán codificados los datos procesados y analizados, serán ingresados a una base de datos STATA. Además, se darán a conocer los resultados mediante estadísticas descriptivas a través de gráficos y tablas de frecuencia mediante, el análisis inferencial y el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson comprobando así la hipótesis planteada en este proyecto.
Resumen
The attention of the nurses and the reduction of the user's anxiety require specialized care because they are necessary aspects to ensure positive responses during the interventions and reduce anxiety. Its objective was to “determine the relationship between nursing care and the reduction of anxiety in the surgical patient.” The methodology will be quantitative, descriptive and transversal, without manipulating variables, to study 207 patients, through the survey technique and applying the questionnaire as an instrument. The first is about “nursing care” adapted by Muro and validated by three expert judges, and the second regarding the second variable “anxiety” will use the IDARE test adapted by Quijano. Which was validated by seven expert judges; In addition, they will be coded, the processed and analyzed data will be entered into a STATA database. In addition, the results will be made known through descriptive statistics (graphs and frequency tables) and inferential analysis using the Pearson correlation coefficient, thus verifying the hypothesis raised in this project.
