Resumen
El registro de enfermería realizado por la enfermera de centro quirúrgico es crucial para el cuidado del paciente. La falta de estandarización y seguimiento puede generar inconsistencias en la documentación, resultando en un cuidado deficiente. El objetivo de estudio del presente proyecto de investigación será identificar las características del registro de enfermería realizado por la enfermera de centro quirúrgico del hospital nivel III de Puno 2024. Metodología: El estudio será no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo. De diseño descriptivo. La población estará conformada por los registros de enfermería del hospital nivel III de Puno, durante el periodo diciembre, enero y febrero 2025, la técnica de investigación será la observación y el instrumento una lista de verificación. La variable Registro de enfermería de centro quirúrgico se evaluará con una lista de verificación diseñado por Vargaya y Villanueva. En el análisis estadístico de datos la variable cualitativa se presentará como frecuencias absolutas (n) y relativas (%). Además, se utilizará la prueba chi cuadrado, la prueba T de Student o U de Mann-Whitney según el tipo de variable, se tomará un nivel de significancia del 5%.
Resumen
The nursing record made by the surgical center nurse is crucial for patient care. Lack of standardization and follow-up can generate inconsistencies in the documentation, resulting in poor care. The study objective of this research project will be to identify the characteristics of the nursing record made by the surgical center nurse of the level III hospital in Puno 2024. Methodology: The study will be non-experimental, with a quantitative approach. Descriptive design. The population will be made up of the nursing records of the level III hospital in Puno, during the period December, January and February 2025, the research technique will be observation and the instrument a checklist. The variable Surgical center nursing record will be evaluated with a checklist designed by Vargaya and Villanueva. In the statistical analysis of data, the qualitative variable will be presented as absolute (n) and relative (%) frequencies. In addition, the Chi-square test, the Student T test or the Mann-Whitney U test will be used depending on the type of variable, a significance level of 5% will be taken.
