Comunicación terapéutica interpersonal enfermera - paciente en centro quirúrgico

Abstract

Introducción: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivos: Analizarla comunicación terapéutica en la relación interpersonal enfermera- paciente en centro quirúrgico. Metodología: revisión bibliográfica de 50 artículos, donde 23 artículos reúnen los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, asimismo, fueron seleccionados primero por el título, luego por el objetivo de estudio y por último por la lectura del texto completo. Resultados: El 26% de los artículos encontrados mencionan que la comunicación terapéutica se caracteriza por: tener elementos indispensables en la interacción como la empatía y comunicación terapéutica, la interacción para valorar y cuidar la dimensión emocional, espiritual y física, en el cual se bebe emplear una comunicación verbal y no verbal, que promueva el respeto, cortesía e interés por el paciente. El 56.52% muestran que las relaciones interpersonales deben de ocurrir con respeto, cariño, atención y cuidado con el paciente, a su vez muestra los efectos positivos de la escucha activa y la comunicación terapéutica cuando el paciente muestra ansiedad, los beneficios de la entrevista o consulta pre quirúrgica y el 17.39%, nos muestra que los obstáculos percibidos que pueden afectar la relación interpersonal son: la comunicación no asertiva, la falta de escucha, el idioma, entre otros. Conclusiones: La comunicación terapéutica es una herramienta básica que tiene como finalidad la búsqueda de una relación con el paciente lo cual nos va a ayudar a identificar los problemas que lo aquejan, de tal manera que logremos satisfacer sus necesidades.

The objective of this research work is to: Analyze therapeutic communication in the nurse-patient interpersonal relationship in a surgical center. Material and Method: bibliographic review of fifty articles, where twenty-three articles meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, likewise, they were selected first by the title, then by the study objective and finally by reading the full text. Results: 26% of the articles found mention that therapeutic communication is characterized by: having essential elements in the interaction such as empathy and therapeutic communication, interaction to value and care for the emotional, spiritual and physical dimension, in which one drinks use verbal and non-verbal communication that promotes respect, courtesy and interest in the patient. 56.52% show that interpersonal relationships must occur with respect, affection, attention and care with the patient, in turn shows the positive effects of active listening and therapeutic communication when the patient shows anxiety, the benefits of the interview or presurgical consultation and 17.39%, shows us that the perceived obstacles that can affect the interpersonal relationship are: non-assertive communication, lack of listening, language, among others. Conclusion: Therapeutic communication is a basic tool whose purpose is the search for a relationship with the patient, which will help us identify the problems that afflict him, in such a way that we can satisfy his needs.
