Percepción de la enfermera sobre el clima de seguridad en centro quirúrgico 2025

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación es de suma importancia para conocer la percepción del clima de seguridad en el entorno quirúrgico y establecer acciones que reduzcan el riesgo de eventos adversos durante la atención del paciente. Objetivo: Determinar la percepción de la Enfermera sobre el clima de seguridad en Centro Quirúrgico de un Hospital Docente Materno Infantil 2025 Método: Se realizará un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal, para estudiar a 34 Licenciados de Enfermería, por medio de la técnica de la encuesta y aplicando como instrumento el cuestionario Plan de análisis: Para el análisis estadístico se utilizará el programa SPSS 22, y Excel. Los resultados serán presentados en gráficos según las dimensiones y tablas estadísticas para su análisis e interpretación correspondiente.

This research work is of utmost importance to understand the perception of the safety climate in the surgical environment and to establish actions that reduce the risk of adverse events during patient care. Objective: To determine the perception of the Nurse about the safety climate in the Surgical Center of a Maternal and Child Teaching Hospital 2025 Method: A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study will be carried out to study 34 Nursing Graduates, through the survey technique and applying the questionnaire as an instrument. Analysis plan: For the statistical analysis, the SPSS 22 program and Excel will be used. The results will be presented in graphs according to the dimensions and statistical tables for their corresponding analysis and interpretation.
