Efectividad de una intervención educativa en el autocuidado al alta del paciente post cirugía cardiaca en un instituto de Lima 2022

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la efectividad de una intervención educativa en el autocuidado al alta del paciente post cirugía cardiaca en un Instituto de Lima 2023. El estudio es de tipo analítico, enfoque cuantitativo, longitudinal y de diseño pre experimental. La población de estudio será 88 pacientes adultos post operados de cirugía cardiaca, durante los meses de setiembre a diciembre del 2022; y la muestra 54 pacientes, obtenidos mediante muestro probabilístico aleatorio simple. En la recolección de datos el instrumento será un cuestionario. La validez del instrumento será a través del juicio de expertos, conformado por nueve especialistas en cuidado cardiovascular, se evaluará los resultados a través de la prueba binomial. La medición de la confiabilidad del instrumento se hará en los meses previos al inicio del estudio mediante una prueba piloto a 18 pacientes adultos post operados de cirugía cardiaca; la confiabilidad interna se demostrará a través del coeficiente alfa de Cronbach. Una vez recolectados los datos, la T de Student comprobará las diferencias de los test; la escala de estaninos clasificará los datos en tres niveles: alto, medio y bajo. Se empleará el programa estadístico Excel y se presentará los resultados en tablas, gráficos y porcentajes.

The objective of this research is to determine the effectiveness of an educational intervention in self-care upon discharge of the post-cardiac surgery patient at an Institute in Lima 2023. The study is of an analytical type, with a quantitative, longitudinal approach and a pre-experimental design. The study population will be 88 post-operative cardiac surgery adult patients, during the months of September to December 2022; and the sample 54 patients, obtained by simple random probabilistic sampling. In data collection the instrument will be a questionnaire. The validity of the instrument will be through the judgment of experts, made up of nine specialists in cardiovascular care, the results will be evaluated through the binomial test. The reliability of the instrument will be measured in the months prior to the start of the study through a pilot test on 18 post-operative adult patients with cardiac surgery; internal reliability will be demonstrated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Once the data has been collected, the Student's T will check the differences of the tests; the stanin scale will classify the data into three levels: high, medium and low. The Excel statistical program will be used and the results will be presented in tables, graphs and percentages.
