Factores asociados al consumo de alcohol en mujeres del Servicio de Salud Mental del Hospital Regional de Ayacucho - 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada: “Factores asociados al consumo de alcohol en mujeres de Servicio Salud Mental del Hospital Regional de Ayacucho - 2019” cuyo objetivo es determinar los factores asociados al consumo de alcohol en mujeres. El estudio es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de tipo transversal. La población estuvo conformada por mujeres alcohólicas, cuya muestra es de 40 mujeres, el instrumento utilizado es una encuesta, cuestionario o prueba de screening CAGE, dicho instrumento permitió determinar los problemas con el alcohol que presentaron las mujeres evaluadas, con los siguientes resultados: dependencia alcohólica, consumidor en riesgo, consumidor perjudicial y bebedor social. La calificación constó en base a preguntas con respuestas de sí y no. Mencionando los factor familiar, factor personal y el factor social; donde se concluye que dichos factores están asociados al consumo de alcohol en ellas, donde se obtuvo los siguientes resultados el 46% con un total de 17 mujeres son dependientes alcohólicas, siendo esta cifra bastante considerable para la realización de un tratamiento oportuno, el 27% son consumidoras perjudiciales, el 24% son consumidoras en riesgo y solo el 3% son consumidoras sociales, es decir presentan menor riesgo de adicción.

The present investigation entitled: "Factors associated with alcohol consumption in women of the Mental Health Service of the Regional Hospital of Ayacucho - 2019" whose objective is to determine the factors associated with alcohol consumption in women. The study is of an application level, quantitative type, descriptive method of transversal type. The population was made up of alcoholic women, whose sample is 40 women, the instrument used is a survey, questionnaire or CAGE screening test, this instrument allowed to determine the problems with alcohol that the evaluated women presented, with the following results: dependency alcoholic, consumer at risk, harmful consumer and social drinker. The rating was based on questions with yes and no answers. Mentioning the family factor, personal factor and the social factor; where it is concluded that these factors are associated with alcohol consumption in them, where the following results were obtained: 46% with a total of 17 women are alcoholic dependents, this figure being quite considerable for timely treatment, 27% are harmful consumers, 24% are consumers at risk and only 3% are social consumers, that is, they have a lower risk of addiction.
