Programa para la detección temprana del consumo de drogas en mujeres, para docentes de una institución educativa pública de Lima

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el efecto del programa para la detección temprana del consumo de drogas en mujeres, para docentes de una institución educativa publica de Lima, teniendo en cuenta el estudio sobre prevención y consumo de drogas en la población general de Lima Metropolitana y el Callao (2013) donde se encontró que el 52.4% de las mujeres señalaron haber consumido sustancias legales en el último año. Se utilizó el método pre experimental, este diseño tiene tres pasos, la aplicación del programa (pre test), luego se realiza la aplicación de la variable independiente, y al finalizar se realiza la aplicación del post test. La muestra fue de tipo intencional, compuesta por 13 docentes de nivel secundario de un colegio Público de Lima. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron un pre y post test, se efectuó la validez de contenido del cuestionario mediante el criterio de jueces. Los resultados indicaron que hay una diferencia significativa en las medias de las evaluaciones de los profesores antes y después del programa aplicado, que va desde 6.58 a 17.67 en el pre y post test respectivamente, al realizarse el análisis del tamaño del efecto del programa se encontró un índice de 6.22 que significa que el tamaño del efecto del programa de detección temprana del consumo de drogas ha sido grande. Se concluye que el programa de detección temprana del consumo de drogas si tiene efectos significativos sobre la evaluación de los profesores.

The present research aims to determine the effect of the program for the early detection of drug use in women, for teachers of a public educational institution in Lima, taking into account the study on prevention and drug use in the general population of Metropolitan Lima and Callao (2013) where it was found that 52.4% of women reported having consumed legal substances in the last year. The pre-experimental method was used, this design has three steps, the application of the program (pre-test), then the application of the independent variable, and finally the application of the post-test. The sample was intentional, composed of 13 secondary school teachers from a public school in Lima. The instruments used were a pre- and post-test, and the content validity of the questionnaire was carried out by means of the judges' criterion. The results indicated that there is a significant difference in the means of the teachers' evaluations before and after the applied program, ranging from 6.58 to 17.67 in the pre and post test respectively, when the analysis of the effect size of the program was carried out, an index of 6.22 was found, which means that the effect size of the early detection program for drug use has been large. It is concluded that the program of early detection of drug use does have significant effects on the evaluation of teachers.
