Problemas asociados al consumo de alcohol en mujeres que acudieron a un centro de salud en Ayacucho: 2015- 2018

Abstract

Por muchos años las investigaciones sobre el alcoholismo se han hecho exclusivamente por varones, sin embargo, el creciente interés por las necesidades de las mujeres que tiene este problema ha ido generando un aumento de los estudios sobre las diferencias de género en los problemas de consumo de alcohol. El objetivo del trabajo es visibilizar una realidad in situ la escasez de un panorama social consciente sobre la problemática, más aún de un grupo marginado por su género que puede resultar significar un traspié terapéutico. La tarea es concebir este contexto y que ayude a comprender las características y mejoramiento del tratamiento ofrecido a mujeres con problemas de consumo de alcohol. La muestra de la población con la que se trabajó para esta investigación señala que uno de los motivos por los cuales optan por el consumo del alcohol es tener antecedente de abuso sexual, por otro lado, también se pone de manifiesto la presión de la pareja y finalmente la figura de padres flexibles con falta de autoridad en casa. Y las razones para no buscar ayuda profesional responden a las connotaciones culturales, negación y naturalización del problema; se ha revisado en las Historias Clínicas de aquellas que fueron atendidas en el servicio de psicología durante los periodos comprendidos del 2015 al 2018.

The sample of the population with which we worked for this investigation indicates that one of the reasons why they choose to consume alcohol is to have a history of sexual abuse, on the other hand, the pressure of the couple is also revealed and finally the figure of flexible parents with a lack of authority at home. And the reasons for not seeking professional help respond to the cultural connotations, denial and naturalization of the problem; It has been reviewed in the Clinical Records of those who were treated in the psychology service during the periods from 2015 to 2018.
