Satisfacción del cuidador familiar de pacientes atendidos en servicio de emergencia acerca del cuidado enfermero

Abstract

Para medir el nivel de satisfacción del familiar cuidador acompañante sobre la calidad del cuidado del profesional de enfermería que brinda y es percibida dentro de su atención, logrando alcanzar las expectativas y resolución de problemas de las necesidades satisfactoriamente, con el Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de satisfacción del cuidador familiar de pacientes atendidos en el Servicio de Emergencia acerca del cuidado enfermero, en el Hospital Carlos Alcántara Butterfield, Marzo – Mayo del 2021 Material y método: Es una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal, la población estará conformado por 250 familiares que cumplan los criterios de inclusión: y serán seleccionados aleatoriamente. La técnica para la recolección de datos será la encuesta y el instrumento es el Test para valorar el nivel de satisfacción del familiar del paciente adulto atendido en el servicio de emergencia acerca del cuidado enfermero. Los datos serán analizados aplicando el programa estadístico Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Generando una base de datos, y se presentara en gráficos y tablas de frecuencia y porcentaje.

The data will be analyzed applying the statistical program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Generating a database, and it will be presented in graphs and tables of frequency and percentage.
