Intervención de enfermería en triaje diferenciado al paciente con COVID19 en servicios emergencia

Abstract

El presente trabajo monográfico tuvo como Objetivo: Analizar la Intervención de enfermería en triaje diferenciado al paciente con covid19 en servicio de emergencia. Material y método: Estudio de tipo documental, debido a que se revisaron diversas fuentes bibliográficas, tanto primarias, es decir artículos originales e informes finales y secundarias de datos Google Académico, Redalyc, Scielo y Pubmed, donde se analizaron 25 artículos desarrollados entre el año 2016 y 2021. Resultados: (100%) Investigaciones seleccionadas que sirvieron como sustento para el presente trabajo de investigación, 60% fueron halladas por Google Académico, 4% por Redalyc, 20% por Scielo, y 16% por Pubmed. El 32% de los trabajos fueron publicados en el 2021, 28% en el año 2020, 12% en el 2019, 16% en el 2018, 8% en el 2017 y finalmente 4% en el 2016. El (100%) de las investigaciones seleccionadas el 92% fueron publicados a nivel internacional, el 8% en el Perú. De las 25 (100%) de las investigaciones seleccionadas, el 92% fueron artículos y/o revistas y el 8% fueron tesis. Del (100%) de las investigaciones seleccionadas, el 60% fueron en idioma español, 24% en inglés y 16% en portugués. Conclusiones: El área de triaje en emergencia es de vital importancia en toda institución sanitaria, donde el profesional de enfermería es el personal más idóneo para la atención en dicha área, cabe mencionar que entre las intervenciones de enfermería de triaje, se debe contemplar el nivel de conocimiento y compromiso del personal de enfermería.

The present monographic work aims to: Analyze the nursing intervention in differentiated triage to the patient with covid19 in emergency service. The (100%) of 92% of the selected investigations were published internationally, 8% in Peru. Of the 25 (100%) of the selected investigations, 92% were articles and / or journals and 8% were theses. Of the (100%) of the selected investigations, 60% were in Spanish, 24% in English and 16% in Portuguese. Conclusions: the emergency triage area is of vital importance in any health institution, where the nursing professional is the most suitable personnel for care in this area, it is worth mentioning that among the triage nursing interventions, the level must be considered knowledge and commitment of the nursing staff.
