Trato humanizado del profesional de enfermería en el cuidado del paciente durante la terapia de hemodiálisis

Abstract

Introducción: El rol de la Enfermera especializada en Nefrología no solo comprende los aspectos técnicos y cognoscitivos, sino también al cuidado y atención psicosocial del paciente, es decir, cuidar la parte humana de los pacientes considerando a la persona con todas sus necesidades, en un abordaje global; un trato humanizado. Objetivos: Analizar los diferentes estudios referentes al trato humanizado por el profesional especialista de enfermería en la unidad de hemodiálisis. Material y Método: Estudio analítico descriptivo retrospectivo con un total de 24 artículos científicos publicados en internet, Medline, Pubmed, Scielo, Lilacs, se utilizan operadores booleanos como "AND" y "OR" en ámbito nacional e internacional. Resultados: del total de 24 artículos revisados, un 62.5% estos artículos registran trato humanizado favorable y el 16.7% obtienen resultados de regular; concluye que el beneficio del trato humanizado para el paciente se da en forma regular y solo en un 20.8% total se observa que, a pesar de haber una mejora en lo anímico, no se evidencia fehacientemente una mejora a nivel de salud con la aplicación del trato humanizado, del total de 24 artículos revisados. Conclusiones: Se concluye que existe un resultado favorable y una relación directa entre el trato humanizado por parte del profesional de enfermería especializada en hemodiálisis. Finalmente, junto a la competencia científico-técnica de los profesionales, para la humanización de la asistencia en salud es imprescindible que el profesional de enfermería especialista tenga competencia humanística y racional.

Objectives: To analyze the different studies referring to the humanized treatment by the professional nursing specialist in the hemodialysis unit. Material and Method: Retrospective descriptive analytical study with a total of 24 scientific articles published on the Internet, Medline, PubMed, Scielo, Lilacs, Spanish Journal of Nephrology, Boolean operators such as "AND" y "OR" should be used. review of scientific articles nationally and internationally. Results: of the total of 24 articles reviewed, 62.5% of these articles register favorable humanized treatment and 16.7% obtain regular results; concludes that the benefit of humanized treatment for the patient occurs regularly and only in a total of 20.8% it is observed that, despite having an improvement in the mood, there is no reliable evidence of an improvement in health with the application of the humanized treatment, of the total of 24 articles reviewed. Conclusions: It is concluded that there is a favorable result and a direct relationship between the humanized treatment by the nursing professional specialized in hemodialysis. Finally, together with the scientifictechnical competence of the professionals, for the humanization of health care it is essential that the specialist nursing professional have humanistic and rational competence.
