Cuidados de enfermería del recién nacido prematuro, en el manejo de macro y micro ambiente en la UCIN

Abstract

Objetivo: Describir los cuidados de enfermería en recién nacidos prematuros en el manejo del macro y micro ambiente en la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales. Método: La investigación monográfica, corresponde a un diseño de revisión bibliográfica, donde las bases de datos de buscadores científicos de ciencias de la salud fueron, Scielo, Google Académico, Dspace y Elsevier, usando solo fechas de publicación desde el año 2017 al 2022. Resultados: de 53 artículos identificados se seleccionaron 30 para el análisis que cumplían con los criterios de inclusión, los resultados que se analizaron se agruparon en dos temas: los factores que alteran el macro y micro ambiente en la unidad cuidados intensivos neonatales y cuáles son las características de los cuidados de enfermería en el manejo del macro ambiente y micro ambiente. Conclusión: Se concluye que los factores que alteran al macroambiente son toda variante que genere ruido y luz, los factores que alteran al microambiente son la manipulación, posicionamiento y manejo del dolor. Por otra parte, respecto a los cuidados de enfermería especializada en UCIN en el macroambiente las metodologías empleadas buscan neutralizar el ruido y la Luz para crear un ambiente menos hostil para el recién nacido prematuro, para el microambiente los cuidados buscan que la manipulación s mínima esta empleada en el posicionamiento acompañadas con el manejo de dolor no farmacológica.

Objective: To identify nursing care in premature newborns in the management of the macro and micro environment in the neonatal intensive care unit. Method: The monographic research corresponds to a bibliographic review design, where the databases of scientific health science search engines were Scielo, Google Scholar, Dspace and Elsevier, using only publication dates from 2017 to 2022. Results: of 53 articles identified, 30 were selected for analysis that met the inclusion criteria, the results that were analyzed were grouped into two themes: the factors that alter the macro and micro environment in the neonatal intensive care unit and what are the Characteristics of nursing care in the management of the macro environment and micro environment. Conclusion: It is concluded that the factors that alter the macroenvironment are any variant that generates noise and light, the factors that alter the microenvironment are manipulation, positioning and pain management. On the other hand, regarding specialized nursing care in the NICU in the macroenvironment, the methodologies used seek to neutralize noise and light to create a less hostile environment for the RNP, for the microenvironment, care seeks to minimize manipulation, which is used in positioning accompanied with non-pharmacological pain management.
