Programa educativo Anímate para mejorar la motivación en estudiantes de diseño gráfico digital de una institución superior tecnológica de Chepén

Abstract

La presente investigación se ejecutó con el objetivo de determinar la influencia del programa educativo Anímate para mejorar la motivación en estudiantes de la carrera diseño gráfico digital de una institución superior tecnológica de Chepén. El enfoque de la investigación fue cuantitativo, el tipo de investigación fue aplicada, por el análisis y alcance de los resultados, el nivel fue explicativo, el diseño fue pre experimental de un solo grupo. Este diseño permitió comparar los resultados de la prueba pretest y postest luego de la aplicación del Programa Educativo Animate. la muestra fue probabilística y estuvo constituida por 48 estudiantes. aplicando técnicas como la observación, registros y encuestas; los cuales fueron validados por jueces expertos. El instrumento aplicado fue el cuestionario de motivación de McClelland, para determinar el nivel de necesidad de afiliación, necesidad de poder y necesidad de logro, aplicado en los ciclos I, II, IV, VI. Se concluyó que la aplicación del Programa Educativo Animate, si influye significativamente en la mejora de la motivacion en estudiantes de diseño gráfico digital de una institución superior tecnológica de Chepén.

This research was carried out with the objective of determining the influence of the educational program. Cheer up to improve motivation in students of the digital graphic design career of a higher technological institution in Chepén. The research approach was quantitative, the type of research was applied, by the analysis and scope of the results, the level was explanatory, the design was pre-experimental of a single group, this design allowed to compare the results of the pretest test and posttest after the application of the Animate Educational Program. The sample was probabilistic and consisted of 48 students. applying techniques such as observation, records and surveys; which were validated by expert judges. The instrument applied was the McClelland motivation questionnaire, to determine the level of need for affiliation, need for power and need for achievement, applied in cycles I, II, IV, VI. It was concluded that the application of the Animate Educational Program, if it significantly influences the improvement of motivation in digital graphic design students of a higher technological institution in Chepén.
