Efectividad de un programa educativo en el conocimiento sobre autocuidado de pacientes en hemodiálisis con catéter venoso central- Lima, 2016

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la efectividad de un programa educativo en el conocimiento sobre autocuidado de catéter venoso central de pacientes hemodializados del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins - 2017. Material y métodos: el presente estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, es diseño cuasi-experimental y de corte longitudinal, y se realizará en el Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins. La muestra estará conformada por 40 pacientes, según muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. La recolección de datos se obtendrá a través de la encuesta, y como instrumento se utilizará un cuestionario para la evaluación del pre test y pos test, durará un tiempo de 10 minutos, y se determinará el conocimiento en el autocuidado del catéter venoso central en el paciente hemodializado, el mismo que será sometido para confirmación de validez y confiabilidad por juicios de expertos; el programa educativo se aplicará en la sala de espera y se realizará en dos grupos (A y B) en dos turnos durante el día (mañana y tarde). El grupo A los lunes y viernes recibirá la primera y segunda sesión respectivamente en la primera semana. El grupo B los martes y sábado recibirá la primera y segunda sesión respectivamente, en la primera semana; iniciando con la sensibilización, motivación, técnicas de relajación y la interacción con los pacientes; abordándose los siguientes contenidos “Protección del catéter venoso central y prácticas de higiene”. Para la recolección de información, se coordinará la autorización institucional, procediendo a su realización, previo consentimiento informado.

Group B on Tuesdays and Saturdays will receive the first and second sessions respectively, in the first week; starting with awareness, motivation, relaxation techniques and interaction with patients; addressing the following contents "Protection of the central venous catheter and hygiene practices". For the collection of information, the institutional authorization will be coordinated, proceeding to its realization, with prior informed consent.
