Nivel de ansiedad del familiar del paciente crítico al ingreso a la unidad de cuidados intensivos de un hospital público 2023

Abstract

La ansiedad de los familiares del paciente que ingresa a la unidad crítica se manifiesta por la preocupación del estado de salud de su pariente. Objetivo: determinar el nivel de ansiedad del familiar del paciente crítico al ingreso a la unidad de cuidados intensivos de un hospital público 2023. Material y Método: estudio tendrá un enfoque descriptivo, de diseño no experimental, para la recolección de datos se hará uso de la encuesta y como instrumento la escala de ansiedad estado – rasgo aplicado a familiares responsables o cuidadores primarios del paciente que ingresa a la unidad de cuidados intensivos en un hospital público. Se utilizará muestreo no probabilístico tipo convencional. El presente trabajo fortalecerá el rol de enfermería en el cuidado holístico del paciente crítico. Para el procesamiento de datos se utilizará el SPSS versión 24.0 y se aplicará un análisis descriptivo.

The anxiety of the relatives of the patient who enters the critical unit is manifested by concern about the health status of their relative. Objective: to determine the level of anxiety of the family member of the critical patient upon admission to the intensive care unit of a public hospital in 2023. Material and Method: the study will have a descriptive approach, with a non-experimental design, for data collection, use will be made. the survey and as an instrument the state-trait anxiety scale applied to responsible family members or primary caregivers of the patient admitted to the intensive care unit in a public hospital. Conventional non-probabilistic sampling will be used. This work will strengthen the role of nursing in the holistic care of critically ill patients. SPSS version 24.0 will be used for data processing and descriptive analysis will be applied.
