Programa preventivo para identificación de conductas adictivas en mujeres, dirigido al personal técnico de enfermería en un hospital general de Lima Metropolitana, 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto de la aplicación del programa preventivo para identificación de conductas adictivas en mujeres, dirigido al personal técnico de enfermería en un Hospital General de Lima Metropolitana, 2018, considerando que una mujer empieza a consumir sustancias psicoactivas y /o realizar ciertas acciones adictivas por motivos diferentes que los varones, estas conductas adictivas pueden ser por violencia doméstica, trauma, dependencia económica, nivel educativo y otros. El tipo de estudio que se realizó fue descriptivo y el diseño de investigación fue pre experimental, de tipo pre y post sin grupo control. La muestra fue de tipo por conveniencia formada por 30 técnicas de enfermería. La técnica fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario que fue validado. Los resultados evidencian que la aplicación del programa preventivo para identificar conductas adictivas en mujeres dirigido al personal técnico de enfermería el efecto en las variables: conocimiento se evidencia una diferencia media de (-6.47) con un nivel de significación menor de 0.05 de (0.00) y en opinión una diferencia media de (-2.63) con un nivel de significación de (0.01).

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the application of the preventive program for the identification of addictive behaviors in women, aimed at technical nursing staff in a General Hospital of Metropolitan Lima, 2018, considering that a woman begins to consume psychoactive substances and / or carry out certain addictive actions for different reasons than men, these addictive behaviors can be due to domestic violence, trauma, economic dependence, educational level and others. The type of study that was carried out was descriptive and the research design was pre-experimental, pre- and post-type without a control group. The sample was of a convenience type made up of 30 nursing techniques. The technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire that was validated. The results show that the application of the preventive program to identify addictive behaviors in women directed to the technical nursing staff, the effect on the variables: knowledge, an average difference of (-6.47) with a significance level of less than 0.05 of (0.00) is evidenced. and in opinion a mean difference of (-2.63) with a significance level of (0.01).
