Esta investigación se enfoca en estudiar las condiciones que se han ido presentando en la salud de los docentes de educación del nivel inicial en las zonas urbanas y rurales de las regiones del Perú durante el período 2018, según los resultados presentados en la encuesta ENDO. Debido a que la salud de los docentes se ha visto perjudicada por las diversas condiciones a las que se exponen los maestros dentro y fuera del plantel educativo. Permitiendo así, conocer mejor el estado en el que se encuentra la salud y bienestar de los docentes de educación inicial del Perú. Siendo de suma importancia comprender las condiciones de trabajo que afectan o benefician la salud y bienestar de los maestros. Para poder conocer mejor las situaciones que desencadenan ciertas enfermedades y de ese modo tratar de prevenirlas. Asimismo, se da a notar cómo y dónde se atienden los docentes peruanos del nivel inicial, pertenecientes a la gestión pública. Además, con qué fondos financian sus tratamientos y las frecuencias de ausencia de los docentes por motivos de salud. Con la finalidad de poder sensibilizar a los agentes educativos. Para que de ese modo las condiciones de trabajo que dañan la salud y bienestar de los docentes mejoren. Y de esta forma se pueda reducir las licencias por motivos de salud, evitando perjudicar los procesos de enseñanza - aprendizaje de los estudiantes.This research focuses on studying the conditions that have arisen in the health of initial level education teachers in urban and rural areas of the regions of Peru during the 2018 period, according to the results presented in the ENDO survey.
