Resumen:

Lobomycosis is a chronic subcutaneous mycosis for which no standard treatment is available to date.We describe a patient in Peru with lobomycosis on the left earlobe that was successfully treated with posaconazolefor 27 months. No evidence of recurrence was observed after five years of follow-up.
