dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar los efectos y resultados de intervenciones, que involucren al teatro en su proceso, para la prevención, promoción y tratamiento de la salud mental, desde 2017 hasta 2021. El paradigma es cualitativo con enfoque hermenéutico por estado del arte con una recolección de datos tanto teóricos como sobre todo empíricos debido a que se estudiaron intervenciones. Se analizaron 12 investigaciones respecto a sus metodologías utilizadas, sus instrumentos de reclutamiento y de caracterización de participantes, de intervención y de evaluación; así como también, los tipos de abordaje, las técnicas y disciplinas utilizadas desde el teatro para las intervenciones en salud mental. Las conclusiones indican una mayor tendencia del uso de la improvisación teatral, seguido de técnicas como la inversión de roles, el soliloquio, el doble y el espejo, las cuales son técnicas utilizadas en el psicodrama y el sociodrama, para el abordaje en salud mental; con un énfasis en el aspecto promocional; sin embargo, con mayor confianza en resultados favorecedores desde el aspecto preventivo en salud mental, entre los años 2017 al 2021.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this research work is to analyze the effects and results of interventions, which involve theater in its process, for the prevention, promotion and treatment of mental health, from 2017 to 2021. The paradigm is qualitative with a hermeneutic approach by state of the art with a collection of both theoretical and, above all, empirical data, because interventions were studied. Twelve investigations were analyzed regarding their methodologies used, their instruments of recruitment and characterization of participants, intervention and evaluation; as well as the types of approach, techniques and disciplines used from the theater for interventions in mental health. The conclusions indicate a greater trend in the use of theatrical improvisation, followed by techniques such as role reversal, soliloquy, double and mirror, which are techniques used in psychodrama and sociodrama, to approach mental health; with an emphasis on the promotional aspect; however, with greater confidence in favorable results from the preventive aspect in mental health, between the years 2017 to 2021.	es_ES
