Gestión de un programa virtual de voluntariado en una organización no gubernamental (ONG) de Lima y La Libertad

dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional fue realizado en una organización no gubernamental (ONG) mediante la gestión de un programa virtual de voluntariado que brinda soporte al segundo proyecto técnico de la institución. Por decisión institucional, el segundo proyecto técnico identificó sus necesidades de voluntariado, solicitando al presente autor del trabajo, su apoyo para el reclutamiento voluntarios de las regiones de Lima y La Libertad, la incorporación de los mismos en la entidad, el aseguramiento de sus capacitaciones, reconocimientos y su desvinculación de la entidad. Este programa fue ejecutado de forma virtual, debido a la emergencia sanitaria por el COVID-19. La gestión del programa se enfocó en 5 fases de ciclo de voluntariado: planeamiento y elaboración, reclutamiento, incorporación, performance y desvinculación, basados en un modelo propuesto por el MIMP (2021) contando con 100 voluntarios participantes con perfiles requeridos por el segundo proyecto técnico. Se obtuvieron como principales resultados que la gestión del programa virtual de voluntariado estuvo acorde a los tiempos establecidos, cumpliéndose todas las fases del ciclo de voluntariado en un 100%, así como también se logró reclutar e incorporar formalmente a 100 voluntarios de Lima y La Libertad; también, se coordinaron 2 capacitaciones para su formación, emitieron 100 constancias como reconocimiento y mediante una clausura virtual con la asistencia de 91 voluntarios participantes del programa se aseguró la desvinculación. Finalmente, se conoció la satisfacción de los participantes del programa a través de una encuesta de satisfacción obteniendo que un 92% de voluntarios en Lima y un 86% de voluntarios de La Libertad se sienten muy satisfechos con el programa de voluntariado.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This professional proficiency work was carried out in a non-governmental organization (NGO) through the management of a virtual volunteer program that provides support to the second technical project of the institution. By institutional decision, the second technical project identified its volunteer needs, requesting the present author of the work, his support for the recruitment of volunteers from the regions of Lima and La Libertad, their incorporation into the entity, the assurance of their training, acknowledgments and disassociation from the entity. This program was executed virtually, due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19. The management of the program focused on 5 phases of the volunteering cycle: planning and preparation, recruitment, incorporation, performance and dismissal, based on a model proposed by the MIMP (2021) with 100 participating volunteers with profiles required by the second technical project. The main results obtained were that the management of the virtual volunteering program was in accordance with the established times, fulfilling all the phases of the volunteering cycle by 100%, as well as formally recruiting and incorporating 100 volunteers from Lima and La Libertad. ; Also, 2 training sessions were coordinated for their training, they issued 100 certificates as recognition and through a virtual closure with the assistance of 91 volunteers participating in the program, the disengagement was ensured. Finally, the satisfaction of the program participants was known through a satisfaction survey, obtaining that 92% of volunteers in Lima and 86% of volunteers in La Libertad feel very satisfied with the volunteer program.	es_ES
