dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación de diseño correlacional tuvo como objetivo identificar el grado de correlación entre el funcionamiento familiar y la ira estado – rasgo en jóvenes de Lima Norte. Para ello se usó: una muestra de 378 jóvenes de catorce a diecisiete años de la Escuela de Líderes, en el año 2021, el Cuestionario de Evaluación de Funcionamiento Familiar (EFF) y el Inventario de Expresión de la Ira estado – rasgo STAXI NA. Se concluyó que la variable funcionamiento familiar guarda un grado de relación con la variable ira de manera inversa y con intensidad baja. Así mismo, se demostró que el involucramiento afectivo funcional, se correlaciona con la ira, en el estado y el rasgo, con una correlación inversa de intensidad baja-moderada. Por otro lado, se estableció que el involucramiento afectivo disfuncional, se correlaciona con la ira, en el estado y el rasgo, de manera directa y con intensidad baja. Finalmente, estos resultados, nos permitieron interpretar que los jóvenes que llegan de un contexto familiar funcional muestran un mejor manejo y expresión de la ira.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This correlational design research aims to identify the degree of correlation between family functioning and state-trait anger in young people from Lima Norte, a sample of 378 young people from 14 to 17 years old from the school of leaders of the year 2021 was used. The Family Functioning Assessment Questionnaire (EFF) and the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory STAXI NA were used. It was determined that the family functioning variable has a degree of relationship with the anger variable in an inverse manner and low intensity, likewise it is shown that the functional affective involvement is correlated with anger, both in the state and the trait, this correlation being inversely and low-moderate intensity and dysfunctional affective involvement correlates with anger, both in the state and trait in a direct and low intensity manner. These results allow us to interpret that young people who come from a functional family context show better management and expression of anger.	es_ES
