| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio se propuso como objetivo describir las lecciones aprendidas durante la implementación del Servicio de Tutoría y Orientación al Estudiante. Esto demostró que el proceso de gestión, desde su creación, la planificación, el hacer, el verificar y el actuar, tuvo la finalidad la mejora continua de la experiencia realizada. Para desarrollar esta sistematización, se acudió a documentación aplicada por el Servicio de Tutoría y Orientación al Estudiante en la línea de tiempo del año 2014 al 2017. Los hallazgos permitieron plasmar la importancia e influencia al implementar una unidad de gestión tutorial. La implementación en el centro de formación profesional inicia con la definición de funciones, alcances e interacción con los instructores que representan la parte académica; esto llevó a identificar problemas individuales, grupales y riesgos latentes en los estudiantes; a partir de ello, se establecieron diversos talleres, charlas, tutorías individuales y grupales con temas de interés en la mejora de la competencia personal social, intervención con padres de familia; además, se abordó temas de riesgo de deserción estudiantil con resultados favorables para los estudiantes. Este proceso demuestra que la gestión realizada y el trabajo en equipo es fundamental para lograr los resultados esperados; asimismo, la comunicación e interacción con los docentes conllevó a analizar y reflexionar desde la práctica pedagógica, la necesidad de brindar mayor asesoría individual a los estudiantes con problemas académicos y personales, a fin de disminuir y conocer las razones por las cuales existe deserción que, en esta línea de tiempo, disminuyó de manera significativa. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was proposed as a goal, to describe the learned lessons during the implementation of Mentoring and Tutoring to the student. This showed that the process of management, since its creation, planning, doing, verifying and acting, had the purpose of continuous upgrade of the realized experience. To develop this systematization, it was used applied documents by the service of Tutoring and Mentoring to the student in the timeline of 2014 to 2017. The discoveries allowed to notice the importance and influence to improve a Tutorial Management Unit. The improvement in the Center of Profesional Training starts with the definition of functions, scopes and interaction with the instructors that represent the academic part; this allowed to identify individual, group problems and latent risks in the students; from this, there were stablished diverse workshop, talks, individual and group tutoring with topics of interest in improvement of the social personal competence, intervention with parents; also, there were mentioned topics of student desertion risk with favorable results to the students. This process shows that the management made and team work is fundamental to achieve expected results, in addition, communication and interaction with teachers led to analize and reflect from the pedagogical practice, the need of provide greater individual advice to students with academic and personal problems, in order to reduce and understand the reasons why there is dropout, which, in this timeline, decreased significantly. | es_ES |
