El estudio tiene como objetivo principal analizar los resultados de las estrategias educativas aplicadas para mejorar el desempeño de los maestros en el nivel inicial de las escuelas públicas de Lima Metropolitana, utilizando como referencia la Encuesta Nacional a Docentes 2018 (ENDO 2018). Este trabajo sigue un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño descriptivo y no experimental. La muestra está compuesta por 86 maestros de instituciones educativas públicas en Lima Metropolitana. Los datos fueron recopilados a través de la ENDO 2018 del Ministerio de Educación del Perú, que ofrece información actualizada sobre recursos, condiciones, valores y políticas que impactan en el desarrollo profesional de los maestros a nivel nacional. La encuesta, llevada a cabo entre octubre y noviembre de 2018, adoptó un enfoque transversal e incluyó entrevistas directas tanto en áreas urbanas como rurales en todas las regiones del país, abarcando también la provincia constitucional del Callao. La población estudiada consistió en maestros de instituciones educativas públicas y privadas de Educación Básica Regular. Para el análisis de datos, se empleó el cuestionario ENDO 2018, complementado con análisis documental de diversas fuentes confiables. Los resultados indicaron que los maestros frecuentemente utilizan las unidades y sesiones proporcionadas por el portal PERUEDUCA del Ministerio de Educación. Además, destacaron que el factor más importante para mejorar su práctica docente son los materiales educativos suficientes y adecuados. Asimismo, se observó que los maestros suelen emplear actividades académicas como la planificación basada en problemas identificados, la sistematización, la reflexión sobre resultados y el registro de evidencias de sus prácticas pedagógicas.The main objective of this research work is to determine the results regarding the pedagogical practices that are carried out to improve the good performance of teachers at the Initial level in Public Educational Institutions of Metropolitan Lima according to the National Survey of Teachers. 2018. The research is of a quantitative type, of a non-experimental design, of a simple descriptive degree. The sample is made up of 86 teachers from public educational institutions of the initial level in the Metropolitan Lima region. For the collection of information, the data obtained by the National Survey of Teachers of public and private Educational Institutions (ENDO 2018), prepared by the Ministry of Education of Peru, was used to obtain updated statistical reference of classroom teachers at the national level. in relation to the resources, conditions, values, and policies that intervene in their performance and professional development. Likewise, the type of survey is cross-sectional and direct interview carried out in October and November. of 2018, in the urban and rural areas of all regions of the country and the Constitutional Province of Callao, whose study population was made up of teachers from public and private Educational Institutions of Regular Basic Education. To analyze the data, the survey technique and the questionnaire instrument ENDO 2018 were used, complemented by documentary analysis from various reliable authors. The results indicate that teachers frequently use the units and sessions of the PERUEDUCA portal of the Ministry of Education. Furthermore, they consider that the main factor for improving teaching practice is sufficient and appropriate educational materials. Likewise, it was identified that teachers almost always use the following academic activities: Plan based on an identified problem, systematize, reflect on the results, and record evidence of their pedagogical practices.
