dc.description.abstract	Según datos del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, en la actualidad hay 150 000 personas con cáncer, de la totalidad de casos a más de la mitad se le administrará quimioterapia sistemática. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel conocimientos y tipos de actitudes de los cuidadores primarios sobre los cuidados a los pacientes oncológico con quimioterapia ambulatoria en el Hospital Cayetano Heredia. Material y métodos: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, correlacional, la muestra fue de 59 cuidadores primarios. Como instrumentos se utilizó la encuesta. La recopilación se realizó a través de dos instrumentos validados, el primer cuestionario de conocimientos el cual consta de 8 preguntas y el segundo cuestionario de actitudes con 24 preguntas, para el correcto procesamiento se ha utilizó los programas estadísticos Microsoft Excel y SPSS vs. 25. Resultados: Se encontró un nivel medio de conocimiento con un porcentaje de 50.85%, con respecto a sus dimensiones, el conocimiento de cuidado físico predomina el nivel alto (58.33%), cuidado psicológico prevalece el nivel medio (53.57%), en el cuidado post quimioterapia destaca el nivel alto (57.14%), al igual que el cuidado farmacológico (52.54%).En cuanto a la variable actitudes se presenta una actitud negativa (50.85%), en cuanto al cuidado físico se observa la prevalencia negativa (47.06%), al igual que el cuidado emocional (48.57%); por lo que se acepta la hipótesis alterna (rho=806) teniendo una relación positiva entre ambas variables. Conclusiones: Existe una relación positiva y significativa entre las variables.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	According to data from the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, there are currently 150,000 people with cancer, of which more than half will receive systematic chemotherapy. Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and types of attitudes of primary caregivers regarding the care of cancer patients with outpatient chemotherapy at the Cayetano Heredia Hospital. Material and methods: Study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, correlational design, the sample was 59 primary caregivers. The survey was used as instruments. The collection was carried out through two validated instruments, the first knowledge questionnaire which consists of 8 questions and the second attitude questionnaire with 24 questions. For correct processing, the statistical programs Microsoft Excel and SPSS were used. 25. Results: A medium level of knowledge was found with a percentage of 50.85%, with respect to its dimensions, knowledge of physical care predominates the high level (58.33%), psychological care prevails the medium level (53.57%), in post-chemotherapy care highlights the high level (57.14%), as does pharmacological care (52.54%). Regarding the attitude’s variable, a negative attitude is presented (50.85%), as for physical care, the negative prevalence is observed (47.06%), as well as emotional care (48.57%); Therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted (rho=806) having a positive relationship between both variables. Conclusions: There is a positive and significant relationship between the variables.	es_ES
