dc.description.abstract	El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar los hallazgos sobre la participación ciudadana en las conductas ecológicamente responsables durante el siglo XXI (2016-2024). Con respecto a los objetivos específicos, estos buscaron identificar los enfoques teóricos, analizar las posturas críticas y conocer los factores psicosociales relacionados a la participación ciudadana en las conductas ecológicamente responsables, revelando hallazgos significativos. Para llevar a cabo la investigación se realizó una búsqueda en las bases de datos de repositorios de universidades a nivel nacional e internacional, Springer, Pubmed, Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute y ELSEVIER utilizando la fórmula de búsqueda “participación ciudadana y conductas ecológicamente responsables” y “participación ciudadana y conductas proambientales”. Para la identificación de las investigaciones se tomaron en cuenta criterios de inclusión y exclusión, seleccionado finalmente un total de un total de 11 investigaciones, de las cuales 3 fueron cuantitativas, 6 cualitativas y 2 mixtas, las cuales describen la relación entre la participación ciudadana y las conductas ecológicamente responsables. Sobre los resultados, se identificaron una serie de hallazgos en donde se demuestra la relación directa entre la participación ciudadana en las conductas ecológicamente responsables, a su vez, se propuso una definición integradora de participación ciudadana con respecto a las conductas ecológicamente responsables, así como la identificación de las principales teorías que explican la participación ciudadana en este contexto. También se exploraron las principales posturas críticas sobre este tema y se identificaron los factores psicosociales asociados a la participación ciudadana, destacando la conciencia ambiental, conocimiento ambiental y el apoyo gubernamental y de empresas. Finalmente, se presentaron las conclusiones y recomendaciones del estudio.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The general objective of the research was to analyze the findings on citizen participation in ecologically responsible behaviors during the 21st century (2016-2024). Regarding the specific objectives, these sought to identify theoretical approaches, analyze critical positions and understand the psychosocial factors related to citizen participation in ecologically responsible behaviors, revealing significant findings. To carry out the research, a search was carried out in the databases of national and international university repositories, Springer, Pubmed, Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute and ELSEVIER using the search formula “citizen participation and ecologically responsible behaviors” and “citizen participation and pro-environmental behaviors.” For the identification of the investigations, inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken into account, finally selecting a total of 11 investigations, of which 3 were quantitative, 6 qualitative and 2 mixed, which describe the relationship between citizen participation and ecologically responsible behaviors. Based on the results, a series of findings were identified which demonstrate the direct relationship between citizen participation and ecologically responsible behaviors. In turn, an integrative definition of citizen participation was proposed with respect to ecologically responsible behaviors, as well as the identification of the main theories that explain citizen participation in this context. The main critical positions on this topic were also explored and the psychosocial factors associated with citizen participation were identified, highlighting environmental awareness, environmental knowledge and government and business support. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the study were presented.	es_ES
