dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación entre los estilos de afrontamiento al estrés y bienestar psicológico en docentes de IEP de Santa Anita y Ate. En la metodología se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo con un alcance descriptivo correlacional con un diseño no experimental con corte transversal. Se evaluaron a 151 docentes, a quienes se les aplico dos cuestionarios como instrumentos; el Inventario de Estimación del Afrontamiento y el cuestionario de la Escala de bienestar psicológico adaptada al contexto peruano. Dentro de los resultados se observa una correlación positiva baja (r= .265) entre el estilo de afronte centrado en el problema y bienestar psicológico, además; una correlación positiva muy baja (.150) entre el estilo de afronte enfocado en la emoción y bienestar psicológico. Entre el modo de estilos de afronte evitativo y bienestar psicológico existe una correlación negativa baja (rho = -.278). También se determinó; que existe una correlación significativa entre el afronte centrado en el problema (p=.0010), el afronte evitativo (p=.0006) con el bienestar psicológico, por tener un p-valor menor a 0.05. Por otra parte, la correlación no es significativa entre el afronte centrado en la emoción (p=.066) con el bienestar psicológico, por tener un valor p mayor a 0.05.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The general objective of this research is to determine the relationship between stress coping styles and psychological well-being in teachers of the IEP of Santa Anita and Ate. The methodology used a quantitative approach with a correlational descriptive scope with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. 151 teachers were evaluated, to whom two questionnaires were applied as instruments; the Coping Estimation Inventory and the Psychological Wellbeing Scale questionnaire adapted to the Peruvian context. Within the results, a low positive assessment is observed (r= .265) between the coping style focused on the problem and psychological well-being, in addition; a very low positive rating (0.150) between the coping style focused on emotion and psychological well-being. Between the mode of avoidant coping styles and psychological well-being there is a low negative compensation (rho = -.278). It is also calculated; that there is a significant evaluation between problem-focused coping (p=.0010), avoidant coping (p=.0006) with psychological well-being, having a p-value less than 0.05. On the other hand, the evaluation is not significant between coping focused on emotion (p=.066) with psychological well-being, having a p value greater than 0.05.	es_ES
