La teoría del apego, nos reitera que el apego inseguro tiene efectos inmediatos y a largo plazo que influyen en la salud mental de la persona desde su nacimiento, por esta razón tiene que incentivarse en todo momento. De manera que la enfermera especialista de la unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales, debe aplicar una adecuada valoración para reconocer comportamiento y/o sentimientos de los padres que pongan en peligro la formación del apego entre la triada familiar. Existe muy pocos registros de enfermería validados que ayuden a la primera etapa del proceso de atención de enfermería. Objetivo general: Determinar la validez de un registro de enfermería para valor el apego entre los padres y el neonato de la unidad de cuidados intensivos de un Hospital del Lima Centro. Materiales y Métodos: De diseño cuantitativo, observacional, descriptivo y de corte transversal. La población de estudio estará conformada por 40 enfermeros especialistas y la muestra será de tipo censal. Se realizará la modificación de los patrones funcionales: 1, 6, 7, 8, 10 y 11 del registro de enfermería existente en la unidad de cuidados neonatales. Será sometido a juicio de expertos, donde cada uno evaluará la validez de contenido, constructo y criterio utilizando la prueba binomial donde p sea 0,05 señalando un grado de concordancia estadísticamente significativa entre los expertos y para la confiabilidad se utilizará la prueba estadística alfa de Cronbach, en donde el valor superior de 0.8 significa confiabilidad del instrumento.Attachment theory reiterates that insecure attachment has immediate and long-term effects that influence the mental health of the person from birth, for this reason it must be encouraged at all times. There are very few validated nursing records that help the first stage of the nursing care process. General objective: Determine the validity of a nursing recordto assess the attachment between parents and the neonate in the intensive care unit of a Hospital in Central Lima. Materials and Methods: Quantitative, observational, descriptive and cross-sectional design. The study population will be made up of 40 specialist nurses and the sample will be census type. The modification of the functional patterns will be carried out: 1, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 of the existing nursing record in the neonatal care unit. It will be submitted to expert judgment, where each one will evaluate the content, construct and criterion validity using the binomial test where p is 0.05, indicating a degree of statistically significant agreement between the experts and for reliability the alpha statistical test will be used. Cronbach, where the upper value of 0.8 means reliability of the instrument.
