dc.description.abstract	Objetivo: determinar la asociación entre la percepción del paciente sobre el cuidado humanizado de enfermería y la adherencia al tratamiento hemodialítico en un centro de hemodiálisis en Lima Norte. Metodología: Estudio descriptivo, asociativo de corte transversal que incluyó a 70 pacientes en tratamiento hemodialítico. Se aplicaron dos encuestas: Percepción de Comportamientos de Cuidado Humanizado de Enfermería (PCHE) - 3ª versión y el Cuestionario de la Adherencia en Enfermedad Renal en Fase Terminal modificado por las autoras. Resultados: La mayoría de participantes reportó una “excelente” percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería (81,4%). Nadie reportó una percepción “mala”. La dimensión “Cualidades del hacer de Enfermería” obtuvo mayor puntaje versus a la “Apertura a la comunicación enfermera(o)-paciente”. Por otro lado, el 60% de encuestados poseen alta adherencia: la dimensión con mayor “conducta deseable” es “Asistencia a la hemodiálisis” y las de “conducta no deseable” son “Restricción de líquidos” y “Régimen de dieta”. Conclusiones: No se encontró asociación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables (p=0,1770). Ninguna variable sociodemográfica tuvo asociación significativa con las variables de interés, salvo el transporte elegido según adherencia.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Objective: To determine the association between the patient's perception of humanized nursing care and adherence to hemodialysis treatment in a hemodialysis center in North Lima. Methodology: A descriptive, associative, and cross-sectional study that included 70 patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment. Two surveys were applied: Perception of Humanized Nursing Care Behaviors (PCHE) - 3rd version and the End-Stage Renal Disease Adherence Questionnaire modified by the authors. Results: The majority of participants reported an "excellent" perception of humanized nursing care (81.4%). No one reported a "bad" perception. The dimension " Qualities of Nursing Practice" scored higher results versus "Openness to Nurse-Patient Communication". On the other hand, 60% of respondents had high adherence: The dimension with the most “desirable behavior” was "Hemodialysis Attendance" and with "undesirable behavior” were "Fluid Restriction" and "Dietary Regimen". Conclusions: No statistically significant association was found between the variables (p=0.1770). No sociodemographic variable had a significant association with the variables of interest, except for the transport chosen according to adherence.	es_ES
