Accidentes, enfermedades ocupacionales y riesgos no perceptibles intimidan la fuerza laboral de las empresas. Sin sistemas informáticos robustos en la vigilancia médica ocupacional, las organizaciones se ven encorsetadas a procesos manuales arcaicos, poco efectivos que no logran prever ni mitigar los riesgos oportunamente. Finalidad: Transformar la visión arcaica de vigilancia ocupacional, por una visión vanguardista que facilite y empodere organizaciones y personal de salud del rubro creando una fuerza laboral segura. Objetivo general: Fomentar la integración de innovación digital como el uso de sistemas informáticos en la vigilancia de la salud ocupacional. Metodología: se realizará un portafolio, Para ello, se realizará una revisión de literatura actualizada. Desarrollo temático: El portafolio consta de 3 capítulos, Primero: Impacto de la tecnología en la vigilancia de la salud ocupacional; Segundo: Sistemas informáticos en la vigilancia de la salud ocupacional; Tercero: Sistema informático HERMÈS, la clave para una vigilancia ocupacional eficiente.
