El presente estudio es un análisis de la evolución del Material Didáctico elaborado por el Servicio de Adiestramiento en el Trabajo Industrial (SENATI) para sus participantes del Programa de Formación Profesional-DUAL con el objetivo de proporcionar un Material Didáctico actualizado permanentemente y disponer el nivel de Calificación ALTO-MUY ALTO por encima de 80 % en las encuestas de evaluación. El estudio se llevó a cabo en base al trabajo realizado por la Gerencia Académica del SENATI, responsable de la elaboración del Material Didáctico para todas las Sedes y Carreras de la institución, entre los años 2,010 y 2,023.El estudio, llevado a cabo mediante un enfoque cualitativo de sistematización de experiencias., ha observado un cambio significativo de la metodología de elaboración de Material Didáctico en la institución, pasando de un material didáctico completamente impreso a uno 100 % digital, lo que ha proporcionado mejoras significativas, que se ven reflejadas en la calificación proporcionada por los participantes del material didáctico como de nivel ALTO-MUY ALTO, que ha aumentado de 64% (en el 2,010) al 87 % (en el 2,024), superando el nivel meta de 80 % que tiene la institución. Por otro lado, se pasó de tener un promedio de 1,140 impresiones por participante en el 2,012 a cero impresiones a partir del 2,022, indicando que todo el material didáctico proporcionado por la institución es digital. Se concluye que la digitalización del Material Didáctico permite disponer de un material actualizado al alcance de los participantes en todas sus carreras y en el momento requerido, inicio del Semestre, sin verse afectado el estudiante. Se recomienda hacer una evaluación más detallada del uso del Material Didáctico Digital a nivel nacional a fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora.This study is an analysis of the evolution of the Teaching Material prepared by the Industrial Work Training Service (SENATI) for its participants in the Professional Training Program-DUAL with the objective of providing permanently updated Teaching Material and having the HIGH-VERY HIGH Rating ratios above 80% in the evaluation surveys. The study was carried out based on the work carried out by the Academic Management of SENATI, responsible for the preparation of the Teaching Material for all the Campuses and Careers of the institution, between the years 2010 and 2023. The study, carried out through a qualitative approach of systematization of experiences, has observed a significant change in the methodology of preparation of Teaching Material in the institution, going from a completely printed teaching material to a 100% digital teaching material, which has provided significant improvements in the teaching material of the institution; This is reflected in the rating of the teaching material, given by the participants, as HIGH-VERY HIGH from 64% (in 2010) to 87% (in 2024), exceeding the target level of 80% that the institution has. On the other hand, the average went from 1,140 impressions per participant in 2012 to zero impressions as of 2022; which indicates that all the teaching material provided by the institution is digital. It is concluded that the digitalization of the Teaching Material allows for updated material to be available to all participants in all their courses and at the required time, the beginning of the Semester, without affecting the student. It is recommended to make a more detailed evaluation of the use of the Digital Teaching Material at a national level in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
