dc.description.abstract	Objetivo: Desarrollar y evaluar un prototipo tecnológico móvil para capacitar sobre prevención en caries de infancia temprana (CIT) al personal de salud del primer nivel de atención. Metodología: En la fase cualitativa, se identificó el contexto de uso y los requerimientos del personal de salud para desarrollar un prototipo tecnológico móvil. En la fase cuantitativa, se evaluó la usabilidad y los conocimientos en prevención de CIT, obtenidos mediante un diseño pre experimental del tipo pre-post con un solo grupo. Resultados: El prototipo tecnológico móvil se desarrolló en base a la fase cualitativa. Con respecto a la usabilidad del producto: el 90% de los participantes completaron las tareas asignadas sin errores, con un tiempo aproximado de 7 a 8 segundos por tarea. La satisfacción obtuvo puntajes altos (de 5.75 a 7) según la escala de Likert. El nivel de conocimientos en prevención de CIT aumentó significativamente en 2 puntos en la mediana entre el pre-test y post-test (p<0.001) y se mantuvo entre el post-test y post-test un mes después (p=0.0053). Conclusión: El prototipo tecnológico móvil para capacitar en prevención de CIT al personal de salud fue bien aceptado por el personal de salud y aumentó el nivel de conocimientos en prevención de CIT.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Objective: To develop and evaluate a mobile technological prototype to train the health personnel at the first level of attention on early childhood caries prevention (ECC). Methodology: In the qualitative phase, the context of use and the requirements of the health personnel were identified to develop a mobile technological prototype. In the quantitative phase, the usability and knowledge in ECC prevention were evaluated, obtained through a pre-experimental design of the pre-post type with a single group. Results: The mobile technological prototype was developed based on the qualitative phase. Regarding product usability: 90% of the participants completed the assigned tasks without errors, with an approximate time of 7 to 8 seconds per task. Satisfaction obtained high scores (from 5.75 to 7) according to the Likert scale. The level of knowledge in ECC prevention increased significantly by 2 points in the median between the pre-test and post-test (p<0.001) y and was maintained between post-test and post-test one month later (p=0.0053). Conclusion: The mobile technological prototype to train health personnel in ECC prevention was well accepted by health personnel and increased the level of knowledge in CIT prevention.	es_ES
