| dc.description.abstract | Highlights: E200K-PRNP mutation is the most common cause of fCJD. The typical presentation includes rapidly progressive dementia, myoclonus, cerebellar manifestations, and other motor signs. Early sensory disturbances and seizures are infrequent symptoms.
