dc.description.abstract	El traslado intrahospitalario del paciente crítico, es un procedimiento que conlleva muchos riesgos latentes para el paciente, por lo que conocer los riesgos a los que se enfrenta es fundamental para mejorar la seguridad. Objetivo: analizar las características del traslado seguro del paciente crítico dentro de la institución de salud. Metodología: se realizó una revisión bibliográfica en las bases de datos de: Scielo, Pubmed, Lilacs, La Referencia; y en la revista de científica Elsevier. Resultados: se seleccionaron 20 artículos científicos, comprendidos entre el año 2014 -2021,se encontró que los eventos adversos más comunes están relacionas con la alteración hemodinámica, respiratoria y neurológica del paciente; las instituciones no cuentan con protocolos específicos para el traslado intrahospitalario y los cuidados para un traslado seguro son aquellos concernientes a la verificación del estado hemodinámico del paciente, verificación de los equipo y maletín de paro y que se cuente con personal completo y preparado para el traslado. Conclusiones: contar con un protocolo de traslado y una lista de verificación es garantía para realizar un traslado seguro del paciente crítico, pues el paciente tendrá al personal idóneo y el equipo necesario según lo necesite.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The intra-hospital transfer of critical patients is a procedure that carries many latent risks for the patient, so knowing the risks they face is essential to improve safety. Objective: to analyze the characteristics of the safe transfer of the critical patient within the health institution. Methodology: a bibliographic review was carried out in the databases of: Scielo, Pubmed, Lilacs, La Reference; and in the scientific journal Elsevier. Results: 20 scientific articles were selected, between the years 2014 -2021, it was found that the most common adverse events are related to the hemodynamic, respiratory and neurological alteration of the patient; the institutions do not have specific protocols for intra-hospital transfer and the care for a safe transfer are those concerning the verification of the patient's hemodynamic status, verification of the equipment and arrest kit and that there is a complete staff prepared for the transfer . Conclusions: having a transfer protocol and a checklist is a guarantee for a safe transfer of a critical patient, since the patient will have the appropriate personnel and the necessary equipment as needed.	es_ES
