Experiencia en el tratamiento de residuos sólidos y mejora del medio ambiente en el Centro de Formación Profesional del SENATI de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2017

Abstract

El Servicio Nacional de Adiestramiento en Trabajo Industrial – SENATI – desde el año 1961 viene formando profesionales tecnológicos para la industria y el desarrollo del país, fomentando valores orientados al cuidado del medio ambiente. El presente trabajo de investigación, de enfoque cualitativo, de sistematización de experiencias tuvo como objetivo dar a conocer nuestra experiencia en el tratamiento de los residuos sólidos y mejora del medio ambiente en el Centro de Formación Profesional de San Juan de Lurigancho del SENATI en Lima-Perú llevado a cabo en el año 2017. El estudio detalla la identificación del problema, el planteamiento del trabajo, sensibilización del personal y la ejecución de actividades. Estas acciones dieron resultados positivos en el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida educativa y el tratamiento de los residuos sólidos en esta prestigiosa Institución y la mejora del medio ambiente. Por lo tanto, se recomienda implementar planes de gestión en el manejo de residuos sólidos, la sensibilización a todo el personal y un programa de control y seguimiento para la mejora continua.

The National Service for Industrial Work Training - SENATI - has been training technological professionals for the industry and the development of the country since 1961. Among the values it instills in its students is the commitment to care for the environment. The type of work of the present research is the systematization of experiences and the methodology is qualitative since it is the most used in social researchers in the educational field. The objective of this research is to publicize the experience in the treatment of solid waste and improvement of the environment at the Saint John of Lurigancho Vocational Training Center in Lima-Peru in 2017. The 4 stages that were carried out to achieve our objectives are: Identification of the problem, Statement of the work, Awareness of the staff and the execution of activities, these phases gave positive results in the improvement of the quality of educational life and the treatment of solid waste in this prestigious Institution and the improvement of the environment. The recommendations would be to implement management plans for solid waste management, awareness-raising for all staff and a control and monitoring program for continuous improvement.
