Riesgos psicosociales en trabajadores de salud del área de emergencias de un hospital regional público

Abstract

Introducción: Los factores de riesgos psicosociales son las condiciones que presenta la empresa por medio de la estructura de la organización que están vinculadas directamente con la disposición del modo de trabajo, las características de las actividades a realizarse, que van de la mano con la afectación desfavorable a la salud y bienestar del trabajador. Objetivo: Determinar los riesgos psicosociales en trabajadores de salud del área de emergencias de un hospital regional público. Material y método: El diseño de la investigación será no experimental, de corte transversal, método descriptivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica. La población objeto de estudio estará constituida por todo el personal que labora en el área de emergencia. La muestra será no probabilística por conveniencia. La técnica a emplearse será la encuesta y el Instrumento el Cuestionario CENSOPAS COPSOQ, versión media validada del CoPsoQ-ISTAS21, con un valor de confiabilidad alfa y omega >0.70, el mismo que contiene 112 preguntas agrupadas en 8 categorías que evalúan 20 dimensiones psicosociales. El procesamiento de la información se hará uso de la aplicación informática del CENSOPAS COPSOQ disponible en interne luego se procederá al análisis de la información. El desarrollo el presente proyecto será previa aprobación de la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia.

Introduction: Psychosocial risk factors are the conditions presented by the company through the structure of the organization that are directly linked to the disposition of the way of work, the characteristics of the activities to be carried out, which goes hand in hand with the impact unfavorable to the health and well-being of the worker. Objective: Determine the psychosocial risks in health workers in the emergency area of a public regional hospital. Material and method: The research design will be non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive method, quantitative approach, basic type. The population under study will consist of all personnel who work in the emergency area. The sample will be non-probabilistic for convenience. The technique to be used will be the survey and the Instrument the CENSOPAS COPSOQ Questionnaire, a validated medium version of the CoPsoQ-ISTAS21, with an alpha and omega reliability value >0.70, which contains 112 questions grouped into 8 categories that evaluate 20 psychosocial dimensions. The information will be processed using the CENSOPAS COPSOQ computer application available online, then the information will be analyzed. The development of this project will be subject to approval by the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia.
