Abstract

Reflexiones sobre la percepción de los cuidados de enfermería del paciente en centro quirúrgico. Objetivo: Describir la evidencia científica disponible sobre la percepción de los cuidados de enfermería del paciente en centro quirúrgico. Metodología: Estudio retrospectivo y descriptivo que incluyen artículos con un enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo, bibliográficas, publicadas entre los años 2019 y el 2023, en diversos idiomas como el inglés, español y portugués, y que se encuentren disponibles el texto completo. Resultados: De los 30 artículos elegidos se evidencia que el buscador Google Scholar predominó con un 46.6% en la búsqueda de referencias bibliográficas; siguiendo con el año, siendo los que más resaltaron, los años 2020 y 2019, con un 26.6%; de acuerdo a los continentes, el americano destacó con un 83.3%; continuando con el idioma, siendo el inglés el más sobresaliente con un 50%; finalizando con los indicadores de estudio, se encontró que la satisfacción está más encaminada con un 53.3%, a comparación de la interacción enfermera-paciente con un 30% y la seguridad con un 16.6%. Conclusiones: La percepción sobre los cuidados de enfermería en el área quirúrgica, es esencial; para proporcionar una atención íntegra, garantizando un resultado positivo en la recuperación del paciente, realizando cuidados a nivel psicosocial y físico, logrando la calidad, mediante los indicadores de satisfacción de necesidades, interacción enfermera – paciente y la seguridad.

Reflections on the perception of the nursing care of the patient in the surgical center. Objective: Describe the scientific evidence available on the perception of nursing care for patients in the surgical center. Methodology: Retrospective and descriptive study that includes articles with a qualitative and quantitative approach, bibliographic, published between 2019 and 2023, in various languages such as English, Spanish and Portuguese, and that the full text is available. Results: Of the 30 articles chosen, it is evident that the Google Scholar search engine predominated with 46.6% in the search for bibliographical references; continuing with the year, being the ones that stood out the most, the years 2020 and 2019, with 26.6%; according to the continents, the American stood out with 83.3%; continuing with the language, being English the most outstanding with 50%; Finishing with the study indicators, it was found that satisfaction is more on track with 53.3%, compared to nurse-patient interaction with 30% and safety with 16.6%. Conclusions: The perception of nursing care in the surgical area is essential; to provide comprehensive care, guaranteeing a positive result in the patient's recovery, providing care at a psychosocial and physical level, achieving quality, through indicators of satisfaction of needs, nurse-patient interaction and safety.
