dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo monográfico tiene como Objetivo Principal: Describir la evidencia científica de la calidad de vida de los cuidadores familiares primarios del paciente oncológico. Objetivos Específicos: Identificar la calidad de vida de los cuidadores familiares del paciente oncológico en las dimensiones físico y psicológico. Identificar la calidad de vida de los cuidadores familiares del paciente oncológico en las dimensiones social y espiritual. Material y Método: El presente trabajo monográfico, consiste en el análisis sistemática de artículos publicados relacionado al tema de investigación. Conclusiones: La calidad de vida de los cuidadores familiares del paciente oncológico ha sido mayormente afectada la dimensión física esto relacionado a la sobrecarga que presentan al momento de brindar cuidados. La dimensión psicológica es la segunda más afectada presentando el cuidador ansiedad, depresión, incertidumbre colocándolos en una situación de vulnerabilidad para contraer otros problemas de salud. La calidad de vida de los cuidadores familiares del paciente oncológico en la dimensión social es mejorada cuando se busca involucrar a toda la familia en el cuidado, de este modo los cuidadores también cuidan su salud y utilizan herramientas para involucrar a más personas en el cuidado del paciente con cáncer. En la dimensión espiritual no se llega encontrar evidencia que sea atendida a profundidad se debe buscar trabajar con un equipo completo el cuál logre guiar y asistir a las necesidades espirituales del cuidador.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The main objective of this monographic work is: To describe the scientific evidence of the quality of life of the primary family caregivers of the cancer patient. Specific Objectives: To identify the quality of life of family caregivers of cancer patients in the physical and psychological dimensions. To identify the quality of life of family caregivers of cancer patients in the social and spiritual dimensions. Material and Method: This monographic work consists of the systematic analysis of published articles related to the research topic. Conclusions: The quality of life of the family caregivers of the cancer patient has been mainly affected by the physical dimension, this is related to the overload they present when providing care. The psychological dimension is the second most affected, presenting the caregiver with anxiety, depression, uncertainty, placing them in a situation of vulnerability to contract other health problems. The quality of life of the family caregivers of the cancer patient in the social dimension is improved when the whole family is involved in the care, in this way the caregivers also take care of their health and use tools to involve more people in the care of the patient. cancer patient. In the spiritual dimension, it is not possible to find evidence that is attended to in depth, it is necessary to seek to work with a complete team which manages to guide and assist the spiritual needs of the caregiver.	es_ES
