Objetivo: Determinar la asociación entre el perfil sociodemográfico, las características del consumo y las conductas asociadas a la frecuencia de uso de drogas Materiales y métodos: Estudio no experimental, transversal, descriptivo correlacional. Datos obtenidos de una fuente secundaria, conservando la confidencialidad. Resultados: Los datos obtenidos de 1543 casos mostraron asociaciones altas entre las conductas asociadas con la frecuencia de consumo problemático del consultante. Se obtuvo un perfil sociodemográfico demostrando que la edad de inicio se encuentra entre los 13 a 16 años, el motivo de consulta fue la marihuana, PBC, alcohol y cocaína con 8 años de consumo problemático. Las consultas se realizaron predominantemente desde la región Lima y Callao. Conclusiones: Existe una asociación alta entre las variables de conductas asociadas con la frecuencia de uso. Siendo los diferentes tipos de violencia los comportamientos que se muestran y sostienen el desarrollo del problema de adicción.Objective: To determine the association between the sociodemographic profile, the characteristics of consumption and the behaviors associated with the frequency of drug use. Materials and methods: Non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive correlational study. Data obtained from a secondary source, preserving confidentiality. Results: The data obtained from 1543 cases showed high associations between the associated behaviors such as violence, crime, school dropout, gangs, risky sex with problem drugs, average time of drug use and time considered a problematic use by the client. A sociodemographic profile was obtained showing that the age of onset is between 13 to 16 years, the reason for consultation was marijuana, PBC, alcohol and cocaine with 8 years of problematic use. The consultations were carried out predominantly from the Lima and Callao region. Conclusions: There is a high association between the behavioral variables associated with the frequency of use. Being the different types of violence the behaviors that are shown and sustained in the development of the addiction problem.
