dc.description.abstract	El triaje siendo el primer eslabón de la cadena de atención en el servicio de emergencias evidencia la enorme creciente en la demanda, con ese crecimiento la complejidad de los casos también crece, lo que exige en el área a un profesional capacitado que pueda realizar un triaje adecuado, rápido y oportuno para optimizar la atención del paciente, evitar muertes y/o reducir el impacto en los tiempos de recuperación, es así que el profesional de enfermería se abre paso en esta área. Objetivo. Describir la efectividad del triaje enfermero en la atención de los pacientes que acuden al servicio de emergencia. Metodología: se realizó una revisión bibliográfica, el estudio es de tipo descriptivo, los artículos fueron sometidos a selección crítica por el autor. El estudio conto con un total de 22 artículos científicos relacionas a la investigación. Después de haber analizados dichos articulados se obtienen las siguientes. Conclusiones. El 70 % de los estudios revisados muestran que el triaje de enfermería es efectivo y es evidenciado por el porcentaje de servicios de triaje manejados y liderados por profesionales de enfermería. El profesional de enfermería ha demostrado capacidad para desarrollar esta responsabilidad, reflejado en indicadores positivos como es: reducción en tiempos de espera, clasificación oportuna y correcta entre otros y de esta manera se disminuye riesgo de secuelas y complicaciones en la salud de las personas, así mismo mejora y optimiza su atención en este servicio crítico, sobresaturado a nivel nacional y mundial.	es_ES

Goal. To describe the effectiveness of nursing triage in the care of patients who come to the emergency service. Methodology: a bibliographical review was carried out, the study is descriptive, the articles were subjected to critical selection by the author. The study had a total of 22 scientific articles related to the investigation. After having analyzed these articles, the following are obtained. Conclusions. 70% of the reviewed studies show that nursing triage is effective and is evidenced by the percentage of triage services managed and led by nursing professionals. The nursing professional has demonstrated the ability to develop this responsibility, reflected in positive indicators such as: reduction in waiting times, timely and correct classification, among others, and in this way the risk of sequelae and complications in people's health is reduced, as well as It improves and optimizes its care in this critical, oversaturated national and global service.	es_ES
