dc.description.abstract	Introducción: Con el crecimiento de la tecnología y el desarrollo científico constante en el ámbito de la enfermería en especial en el área de neonatología, se han modificado el perfil de los pacientes que se atienden en esta área, donde se incrementó la complejidad de los procesos y los procedimientos invasivos como el manejo del catéter percutáneo, para la garantía de la supervivencia, donde la competencia de enfermería es esencial. En el presente estudio el objetivo que se plantea es el de determinar la competencia en el cuidado de la enfermera acerca del mantenimiento del catéter percutáneo en pacientes neonatales de unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales, en cuanto al material y método se manifiesta que la investigación es cuantitativa de tipo básica, de nivel descriptivo simple, con un diseño no experimental, con una muestra de 80 profesionales de enfermería de la Unidad De Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales de un hospital , Lima 2022, mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario y lista de verificación siendo un total de 73 ítems; Plan de análisis: para la estadística será de manera descriptiva (prueba de estaninos) a través del análisis de la base de datos con el programa Spss 25.0 lo cual arrojara resultados por tablas y dimensiones, para luego realizar su interpretación y presentar los resultados, presentados en tablas de frecuencia y gráficos, para poder brindar las recomendaciones correspondientes a los objetivos de estudio. Conclusiones: se brindarán conclusiones de acuerdo a los resultados estadísticos con el fin de fundamentar las recomendaciones que se brinden.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Introduction: With the growth of technology and constant scientific development in the field of nursing, especially in the area of neonatology, the profile of patients treated in this area has been modified, where the complexity of invasive processes and procedures such as percutaneous catheter management has increased. for the guarantee of survival, where nursing competence is essential. In the present study the objective that arises is to determine the competence in the care of the nurse about the maintenance of the percutaneous catheter in neonatal patients of neonatal intensive care unit, in terms of the material and method it is manifested that the research is quantitative of basic type, of simple descriptive level, with a non-experimental design, with a sample of 80 nursing professionals from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of a hospital, Lima 2022, through the application of a questionnaire and checklist with a total of 73 items; Analysis plan: for statistics it will be descriptive (test of stanins) through the analysis of the database with the Spss 25.0 program which will yield results by tables and dimensions, and then make its interpretation and present the results, presented in frequency tables and graphs, in order to provide the recommendations corresponding to the study objectives. Conclusions: conclusions will be provided according to the statistical results in order to substantiate the recommendations provided.	es_ES
