dc.description.abstract	La enfermera de centro quirúrgico es parte fundamental en el cuidado del paciente durante las 3 fases del proceso quirúrgico (perioperatorio). Mediante el uso de las tendencias en las intervenciones de enfermería, se brinda a los pacientes una preparación psicológica, información adecuada sobre el proceso quirúrgico, se absuelve dudas que puedan tener, las intervenciones como la musicoterapia, la técnica de relajación por imágenes ayudan al paciente a disminuir los niveles de ansiedad así una cirugía segura y eficaz. Objetivo. Describir las tendencias de las intervenciones de enfermería frente a las manifestaciones de ansiedad y miedo del paciente quirúrgico. Metodología. Diseño no experimental de tipo descriptivo, retrospectivo, mediante una revisión bibliográfica, las bases de datos electrónicas consultadas fueron Lilacs, Scielo, Redalyc, Pubmed Cochrane. Resultados. Del 100% de los artículos revisados y analizados se evidencia que el uso de las tendencias en las intervenciones de enfermería para reducir las manifestaciones de ansiedad y miedo del paciente quirúrgico es positivo en un 66% de los estudios realizados. Conclusiones. En los artículos científicos revisados se observa que existen numerosas tendencias en las intervenciones de enfermería con resultados significativos para reducir los niveles de ansiedad y miedo que presenta el paciente quirúrgico, donde argumentan que el enfermero es quien tienen un rol fundamental como educador, entrevistador, atreves de la visita pre quirúrgica; la musicoterapia, técnica de relajación por imágenes son intervenciones no farmacológica de bajo costo con resultado positivo en el paciente.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The surgical center nurse is a fundamental part of patient care during the 3 phases of the surgical process (perioperative). Through the use of trends in nursing interventions, psychological preparation is provided to patients, adequate information about the surgical process, doubts they may have are absolved, interventions such as music therapy, the relaxation technique through images help the patient to reduce anxiety levels as well as safe and effective surgery. Goal. Describe the trends of nursing interventions against the manifestations of anxiety and fear of the surgical patient. Methodology. Non-experimental descriptive, retrospective design, through a bibliographic review, the electronic databases consulted were Lilacs, Scielo, Redalyc, Pubmed Cochrane. Results. From 100% of the articles reviewed and analyzed, it is evident that the use of trends in nursing interventions to reduce the manifestations of anxiety and fear of the surgical patient is positive in 66% of the studies carried out. conclusions. In the scientific articles reviewed, it is observed that there are numerous trends in nursing interventions with significant results in reducing the levels of anxiety and fear presented by the surgical patient, where they argue that the nurse is the one who has a fundamental role as an educator, interviewer, dare of the pre-surgical visit; music therapy, relaxation imaging techniques are low-cost non-pharmacological interventions with positive results in the patient.	es_ES
